Your Registered Nurse (RN)
Hello,
I’m Bree Edmonston, a Registered Nurse with over a decade of diverse clinical experience and a genuine passion for supporting individuals, families, and community organisations across Ballarat and the surrounding region.
I began my nursing career in aged care and medical nursing, before expanding into surgical, urology and gynaecology, chronic disease management, oncology, orthopaedics, and day procedure roles. These experiences have shaped the way I practise today — with calm confidence, clinical precision, and a strong commitment to person-centred, compassionate care.
More recently, I completed the Immunisation for Health Practitioners course through the Australian College of Nursing, further strengthening my clinical scope and ability to support a wide range of health needs.
Outside of clinical work, I have a long-standing involvement in volunteering and community initiatives. I have spent many years supporting children, young people, and adults with disabilities, including roles in disability support camps and recreational programs. Community connection has always been important to me, and I continue to contribute across local committees and volunteer groups.
These experiences have given me a deep understanding of not only clinical care, but also the realities of everyday life for individuals and families. They have reinforced the importance of patience, respect, clear communication, and providing care that is practical, safe, and genuinely supportive.
I founded Momentum Health Consulting to bring together my clinical expertise and strong community values. My goal is to deliver high-quality assessments, care planning, wound and continence support, clinical education, and ongoing guidance that empowers people to build confidence, independence, and momentum in their everyday lives.
I look forward to working with you and supporting you on your health journey.
Warmly,
Bree Edmonston
