Your Regsitered Nurse (RN)
Hello,
I’m Bree Edmonston, a Registered Nurse with over a decade of diverse clinical experience and a genuine passion for supporting individuals, families, and community organisations across Ballarat and the surrounding region.
I began my nursing career in Aged Care and Medical nursing. Later expanding into Surgical, Urology and Gynecology , chronic disease support, oncology, orthopaedics, and day procedure roles. These varied experiences have shaped the way I practice today — with calm confidence, clinical accuracy, and a strong commitment to person-centred, compassionate care.
In recent years I completed the Immunisation for Health Practitioners Course through the Australian College of Nursing, further strengthening my scope of practice and my ability to support clients across a broad range of health needs.
Beyond the clinical setting, I have a long and meaningful history of volunteering and community involvement. I have spent many years supporting children, young people, and adults with disabilities — including roles at disability support camps and other recreation programs. Community work has always been an important part of my life, and I continue to contribute actively across several committees and volunteer groups.
These experiences have given me a deep understanding of people, families, and the realities of daily living — not just the clinical side of health. They have taught me the value of patience, respect, clear communication, and meeting people where they are with care that feels safe, practical, and genuinely supportive.
I founded Momentum Health Consulting to bring together my clinical expertise and community values. My goal is to provide assessments, care planning, wound and continence support, high-quality clinical education, and compassionate guidance that empowers people to build confidence, independence, and momentum in their everyday lives.
I look forward to working with you and supporting you on your health journey.
Warmly,
Bree Edmonston
